Originally, Brian ran a moving company, but he quickly realized his heart was in site work. “Moving was tough physically, and it just didn’t fulfill me the way this does. I needed a change – a job that I could truly be passionate about and that would let me work directly with the land and my clients.” When he was able to invest in his own equipment, Brian knew it was time to take the leap.
