My husband and I hired Brian to do various skidsteer work on our property - he was referred to us by a neighbor whose property I admired. We had him grade next to our creek; clear, level, and grade about 1.5 acres that had been too uneven to shred; clear another ~1 acre that was overgrown with vines & mesquites; take down some large trees; move some large burn piles; and create a firing range. Brian was kind, considerate, prompt, and reliable, a true professional. We were very pleased with Brian's work and would highly recommend him for the quality of his work and his character.

We hired Brian to put in fencing around our property, about two and a half acres, and also a gate at the driveway. He did such quality work and in a timely manner. When he said he would arrive at a certain time, he arrived early and was working right away and did such good work that we also decided to have him clear out some trees and brush, once again quality work. We also decided to repair our driveway, install new culvert pipes and have new gravel spread on the driveway. Brian improved the drainage on our property while preparing the driveway so we wouldn't have to worry about standing water or erosion issues. We will definitely keep in touch with Brian for any future needs that may arise.

That childhood fantasy of mine out of the way, he went to work and did the job efficiently and quickly, including pulling a couple of dead trees up by the stumps. He also regraded my turnaround and access to my other gate. In a few hours, for a very fair price, he was loading up to go home.
If and when (or more likely, when, given the hot summers) more trees die, I'll be calling Brian again. Given the looks of his website, it will likely be a little bit of a wait, but it will be worth it.

Before I begin, let me introduce myself. My name is Greg Okorn and I have owned Capital Foundations Inc., for 39 years. I do not write letters of recommendation, I don’t Yelp, I don’t do reviews on everything I buy on Amazon. Although perfectly capable, I chose to use my time to honor those who outshine their competition.

They have removed trees, graded work sites, trenched pipe channels, and removed materials from countless projects of ours. Years ago, Mr. Cikalo came to me with the desire to help us drill pier shafts for both commercial and residential foundations. Since this is delicate, yet difficult work, that requires intense attention to detail, I decided to give him a try under constant supervision. In less than 2 months, Mr. Cikalo was drilling foundation piers, fence piers, pool support piers etc. for our company without supervision. We now use Brian whenever we are not able to produce a crew of our own in a timely manner.
